- The Water based screen printing ink is excellently suited to print onto Polyester Mesh PU leather PVC leather Genuine leather EVA (Split, Molded, Skin) Water-Proof Nylon Nylon Canvas
Field of Use
- The ink can be used as 2 component ink. This special ink has compared to other 2 component inks, a very good adhesion to the substrate and is highly qualified for footwear standard.
Characteristics
- This semi glossy, physically drying and chemical reactive screen printing ink exhibits good mechanical & chemical resistance as well as good flexibility and adhesion. Excellent printability and stable in color matching. Easy for operation, soft hand feeling, High fastness and nice elasticity, cold resistance, bending resistance (-20 C) in dry or wet both bending over 150,000 times, acid & alkali resistance, UV resistance, hydrolysis resistance. In accordance with environmental protection standard, without any formaldehyde and free APEO. PH level of the ink is 7.5-8.5.
Cleaner
- Use Water for cleaning the screen /washing up.
Additives
Thinner
- Before production, the viscosity of the screen printing has to adjusted by the addition of water.
Hardener
- Prior to printing hardener must be added in correct quantity and always by weight and mixture must be stirred thoroughly. Hardeners are sensitive to humidity and always to be stored in a sealed container.
Shelf Life
- Shelf life depends on the reactivity of the ink while adding hardener as well as storage conditions (temperature)
